Looking to donate food?
We gratefully receive donations from individuals, organizations, businesses, CSA farms, church gardens, schools and condo buildings. To provide our services, we rely on monetary and food donations from our community members.
About Our Food Pantry
Three days out of the week (Wednesday and Friday at Downtown, Thursday at West), Chalmers offers a food pantry to guests. Attendees are able to visit every two weeks and select what grocery items they want from our food line.

Self-selection of grocery items is preferred for our guests, promoting choice and autonomy.

Chalmers Food Line.

Specialty food line items. Often includes seasonal vegetables, hats and mitts, soaps, etc.
Typical Chalmers Food Basket.
CCSC consults with a dietician to determine the most healthy food choices to include in our food baskets. A typical food basket lasts our guests 2-3 days.
